can anyone give me some help with this (an engraved vessal)...a link, or just what the heck i`m sup ta do with it???
That item is part of the Tie That Binds quest in Antonica to gain the ability to change your bind/call point.

The problem with many quests in this game is that the instructions are vague.
The first clue is onbviously water, but you have to get into a specific body of water. I was in the commonlands and recall jumping into the ocean at first and nothing happening so I'm thinking WTF, and then I just happened to be in pride lake or some river around there and the quest updated. The other piece of the puzzle I also kinda stumbled upon not soon after. The third on the other hand wasn't so clear seeing that the area it was in, I had never walked by so the clue made no sense to me.

Some quests are vague, but I don't think it's endemic. It makes them more challenging.
That said, the water step of this quest on the Antonica side is so illogical, unintuitive and obscure I don't see how anyone would ever find the update without a walkthrough. Congrats to the first person who did this and told, because everyone since depended on you :)

I am on the third step for the evil side I have no clue of where to go. anybody out there that does. Thank you

I forgot about the little quest list by zone think to my left that I should of used.
After you gave me the answer I look it up would have took me all of 10 seconds to find the answer myself.
