Currently im playing EQ2 with a 3gig IP4 processor, 1GB of Ram, and a 256MB Graphic Card, and I get really bad FPS lag on any other setting than Extreme Preformance, now, I was wondering should I upgrade to 2 GB of ram, or to a 512 Video card?
BTW, I just reformatted my computer and did not fix my ingame lag.

I had the same problem, and I decided to upgrade the RAM. I'm sitting with 2gig RAM and 256 on the Vid card, everything has smoothed out. I had been tweeking the video settings: Char Detail, Shadows, Render Distance...all of which made some improvements to the lag, but once I installed the second gig, I was able to switch to balanced.
