Anyone know where or from whom the fae get the bind affinity quest? I took a fae character to Antonica to do the "Tie that Binds" and it would not give it to her.
Any info would be appreciated!!

If I recall correctly, don't you get that option when you become a full citizen in Kelethin? After speaking to the Queen?
