Hi there, for the new portal spells, does anyone know the location of the wiz spires?

Ok, I figured it out. You need to click on the "scolls" located on the ground near the KoS Spires in Ant., Commonlands and GF (I beleive there is a KoS Spire there). then complete the quest. :)

Aye MaryGrace was correct, the scrolls are located at the Kingdom of Sky Spires in Ant and CL.
Dont expect anything impressive to buff your wizzie ego tho....they are hidden in obscure shadows betweeen the spires and smoke like someone just stamped on two large but conveniently parallel "cigarettes".
The places they port you too aren't that convenient, but a damn sight better than waiting for the new boats. Until they make the HarboUr Masters repeatedly killable I'd find the scrolls and go that way.

Ports rock. Whenever your done with an instance, bam antonica..or wherever. Even if call to FP or Qeynos is down...can port to CL/ANT and just do a depart and get taken back to the city front. In bonemire and get called for an Oob group, bam - your in Gfay. I think the ports have made me incredibly lazy :D

OK I am level 23 and I still can't get the Teleport Trainer to talk to me nor can I click on any of the scrolls.
am I to low of level or am I not doing something right.

I was told level 25. I am going thru the same thing. I keep running to the spires and trying after each level up. So far no luck
Got 25 and got my port quest. It is level 25 for sure. I ran to the spire and got the rune , went to the teleport master and he gave me the 2 spells. Now I need to run to Ant. and Com. lands and grab the rune for the teleport master to get those 4 spells (1 translocate and 1 port for each place).
I found for a Fae this was easy when using the spires in ant. I went to the spires in Gfay picked up the rune. Retunred to the Wizzy teleport master( by the wizzy spell merchant). Then I ran to Ant thru BBm, get to the docks in BBm and take the boat to TS, run to ant. Go to the spires in ant and receive the runes from beside the spires. Click the spire and use it to go up to KOS zone. Once in Teb click the spire again and choose com. lands. Grab the rune off the ground by the spire. Then I used my portal back to Gfay ( which is why I suggest grabbing that one first). Run to the wizzy portal trainer and hail. Receive both Ant. And com. Lands portals.
