The green coin for rangers?Follow

Hey everyone. I have another question about the ranger. I'm sorry for posting this here instead of the scout discussion, but it seems like this is the only active part of eq ogaming. Anyways, I was wondering what this whole green coin is for rangers and what this is about rangers being able to change a heroic oppertunity? People I have teamed up with ingame have told me to change it during battle or have gotten mad at me for changing it, and the thing is, I have no idea what they're talking about. Could someone please help me out, thanks in advance. :)
