Folks, white text on a light green background is KILLING my eyes!!! Please change the colors or add some alternate color themes to the user preferences!

Agreed. Bringing back the skin chooser would be nice. At the very least a more reasonable choise in static color scheme might be in order. This is not an uncommon grievance we're hearing.
