Eq2 updating problem. (was forum=1)Follow

ok first it took me about 1 day untill the update stopped I thought I could play by now, but I couldn't play. I saw the button that says download so I clicked, and waited for 3 hours. There's a button saying "PLAY" so I clicked but it says something character ain't good.


so I restarted the updater, now it says it will take 24 hours untill the update is finish. My connection is cable moderm.


What is the problem?
