Re-wrote the sorting routines on the quest list pages to do the following:
1- You can now sort by Starting NPC and Starting Zone
2- You can now sort by clicking headers on the advanced search page
Let me know if it works or not, I tested some of the pages but you never know what bugs can crop up.
Any suggestions on what else to add to it?

* Changed the limit from 100 to 250 on the search
* Added a warning message if the result would have returned more than 250, so results were lost
* Made it so you had to enter name, type, or level range (to stop blank queries from querying the whole DB)
