Any info or screenshots of the new EoF mounts? From whom do you buy them? What are running speeds? Are they guild only? Prices?

Also, am coming back to the game and I have copper and bronze clusters. Anyone know any recipes that use them? I tried looking them up on EQTraders, but no dice.

Lets say the recipe for tin vanguard spaulders is artisan essentials 7. Bronze is the advanced version of tin. So you'd need advanced artisan 7 to make bronze vanguard spaulders. I'm note certain, but I think advanced books are all drops. Copper is the advanced form of lead which is usually a jewelry component.

Teir 1 tin/bronze : roots/yarrow : rawhide/waxed (lvl 1-9)

Teir 2 iron/blackened : tuber/sisal : tanned/cured (lvl 10-19)

Teir 3 carbonite/steel : belladonna/dandelion : boiled/curboili (lvl 20-29)

Teir 4 feyiron/feysteel : tussah/oak : etched/engraved (lvl 30-39)

Teir 5 fulginate/ebon : ashen/figwart : strengthen/augmented (lvl 40-49)

Teir6 indium/cobalt : succulent/saguaro : stonehide/scaled (lvl 50-59)

Teir 7 adamantine/xegonite : hanging/nimbus : horned/dragon (lvl 60-69)

The newest mounts cater to the melee classes, they give slashing, crushing I think, and a few more stats. If your a mage, the mistrunner/nightmare is the way to go.

Artisan advanced books 1 - 9 are available from the same NPC vendor who sells the regular books outside the crafting instances and other spots. All advanced books from 10 to 49 and 60 - 69 are drop only (check the broker). Advanced books from 50 - 59 are available in Maj'Dul if you have faction in one of the courts.

The horses on this post all say "Level 1". Does that mean that a level 1 character may equip it? I thought you could only buy a horse with low speed at level 1 and then after each ten levels you could turn it in and upgrade. Maybe this is a change?

And do you have to be mounted to get the stat increases or only have the whistle equipped?

BTW, does sitting or being mounted increase your mana regen more rapidly as in EQ1? Or does it matter?

The bronze clusters are still pretty useful for tier one armor and weapons. The copper is pretty much uselss; it only makes one piece of jewelry (a hoop?)as far as I can tell.
