I dunno why, but I want Bristlebane back! How can they return gods without the trickster being present!

So that they can gradually return. Give them alittle and leave them begging for more.

Bertoxxulous's influence can be seen in one of the nomad camps in the commonland. The lepers keep seeing him in their dreams.

Other returns can happen when a new expansion comes I suppose Smiley: smile

But to be honest, I don't know enough lore to think of a good reason.

...because they are still standing at the bus stop.

...because their wives didn't let them go out with the boys.

...because they are stuck on que'd logins.

Anyone ever heard of Bolgin?

On the shelf behind the banker in the Nursery there is a goblin mastery book. It mentions a god named Bolgin along with Brell in goblin mythology.

Bolgin Serilis

Bolgin is the deformed and demented brother of Brell Serilis. He hides in the darkest trenches of the bowels of the Underfoot. His features are dark and he is nearly hairless.

Bolgin Serilis is a partial creator of the greater goblinoid races of Norrath. During the ages when Norrathians trod upon the planar realms a band of adventurers uncovered the hidden realm of Bolgin Serilis, the twisted tunnels of Golm. Golm was the name of the vast isolated lair where Bolgin hid from sight. Within the dark twisting labyrinth that is Golm the adventurers discovered many dangers and many secrets. One of these secrets was the role Bolgin played in the creation of the goblinoids.

This secret was taken from Golm and deposited upon Norrath during the final days of the Age of Turmoil. It would not be till the Age of Cataclysms that the goblins of Runnyeye would unearth the totem that held the secret origins of their race.

The Gods left?

The God returned?

I just thought they all left and didn't know any had returned. Are we talking about the world event Gods? I didn't get a chance to complete many and was disappointed when the only one I was constantly being reminded about was gone. Anyone miss the quakes?

I have been working on other projects and been so out of touch for so long.

The ability to space them out over multiple expansions? :)

Well if we are talking about lore/plot then I would say the game of the century is about to start. All the gods agreed to leave norrath and tear its people apart. Now some of the gods are plotting something else in the way of a take over and the other gods are stepping in to stop them and everyone else has yet to pick a side or still don't care at this moment.

Have you looked at the shattered Luclin moon lately?

Look at it every now and again.. the halves are moving closer together, I kid you not.. Also, if you do the 'Staff of the Observers' HQ and talk to Vhizz Frugin, there's one part where he says 'Can it be? A snakeman on the moon?' which would be the Shissar on Luclin..

Think about it.. /nod

So I agree with the poster who said so they can spread them out over more expansions..

The reason the moon appears to be "healing" itself is that it is actually a 3D model and rotates on it's own axis. So depending on when you look up at her, Luclin can appear to be more or less damaged. (At least that's how it was explained to me!)
