screenshots preferred or not?
I can type it all over in a mail, or I could just add the screenshot (about 190 kb each) with all the info on it?
Not sure what is preferred.

As far as information goes, the more you send, the better chance there is that we can use it. For instance, if you were to submit an item that you found. Sending us a screenshot of the item wouldn't help us a whole lot. If you sent us the screenshot, zone you found it in, mob it dropped from, quest associated with it, etc, etc, that would be most preferred.
Get to know our database, the more you know about how dynamic it is, the easier it is for you to send us information we need.
