I downloaded Trial of the Isles about four nights ago, and decided I liked the game so I went out and bought Kingdom of Sky (they were out of the new expansion). I went through and downloaded it but when I try to subscribe to the game I get this error message:
"An error has occurred. Our service indicates that you have already submitted this request. If you continue to receive this error, please contact a Customer Service Representative."
Has anyone else gotten this? How did you fix it?
