Hello I just bought EQII and dieing to get into it. But, my broad doesnt get installed until tuesday. While waiting have dial up and wondered if its that bad game play wise. Thank you in advanced for input.

Right now its the AOL 9.0 with compression. I should add that when EQII was installed, update time was between 101 hours to 99 hours.

hrmmm, not too sure. If you have the game already downloaded you might as well try it out but dont hold your breath. If you're getting comcast on Tuesday you'll have much better luck then. I run it on comcast and it does beautifully. However, if you have yet to download the game, I would highly suggest waiting a couple more days so you dont have the agony of downloading it with such a slow connection. Just my thought
not just the download to consider but the initial patch as well. Just bringing you up to date with changes made to the game since the CDs/DVDs were created will take many hours on a 56k connection. Better to just wait a couple days...
