That's the world event concerning Brell. The Gods are slowly reappearing and there are six quests so far regarding this, all very easy ones. Actually two quests are specifically for Qeynos players and two for Freeport players, so you can only do four of the quests unless you swiftly betray.
Upon completion of the quest for Brell's prophet (open for all), in Antonica in front of the Blackburrow entrance, the ritual makes Norrath quake.

I am a Qeynosian and have done the Commonlands and the Antonica located quests. The rewards are very awesome with sweet graphics. Don't miss out. There will be two more added for each of the big cities.

Does anyone know where the Freeport quests are? And what level do you have to be to start them?
