It's not on live yet, but yes, there is a Halloween event that inclides a Haunted House quest, Trick-or-Treating and there are masks available as rewards.

If you were here last year it's pretty much the same, but with a couple new masks as the top rewards (Antonia and the Overlord are gone) and some changes to the House quest.

Someone said the Halloween adventure wouldn't be back until the 26th. I think that's a bit late don't you? But then they just may run it for a long time afterwards.

I agree. I'd expect an event to last about a month, possibly 3 weeks before and 1 week after. Hopefully it will be something different than last year.
