An ALT Monk problem... ALT-itus strikes again /argh!Follow

I have a L.20 Ogre Monk (Qeynos citizen) named Negative.
I also have a L.15 Froglok Monk (Qeynos too) named Systematic.

Both are ALTs. Both are Monks. Both are in Qeynos. Both have good names, IMO.

I stripped (sent his stuff to my main/alts) Negative because I was going to delete him to use the name on another ALT, but I have been thinking...

I need other's opinions...

Main reason for posting this thread: If I was to keep both Monks and got the L.15 Froglok to L.20... would he even be as strong/tough as the L.20 Orge Monk?

Also I am not a rich player, so most of the equipment I have/had on both was just stuff I found or saw for cheap on the Broker.

I do not need two monks running around on my account, and I was going to start (or at least think about starting) a Wizard or a Warlock, so having an extra space to do this is really good.

Considering what races I have for the Monks... and having betrayed with Negative BEFORE the new betrayal quest... in your opinions... which race should I keep. Either works for me, but I dont want to keep the Froglok IF he cant be as strong as the Ogre at the same level with the relatively same equipment.

Or I could stop all of the ALTs and play my L.35 Mystic =P , but it is so fun playing ALTs sometimes... /cry
