I've looked around and can't find a post like this already, so, sorry if this is repetition.
I've only been playing a month or so and I'm not able to find any Combat Arts vendors with anything for my monk over Apprentice II.
Is there a level before anything higher than A2 becomes available or are they just not available at combat arts trainers in Qeynos? I've been to all 4 Qeynos zones and all the little 'burbs around.
Any help would be appreciated.

All spells that are higher than apprentice II are either player made or dropped by mobs. Your best bet would be a broker to find decently priced adepts or app IV. Best thing would be Adept I, at a low lvl don't worry about getting masters.
Normally, the adepts drop enough so that the prices are fair to cheap. If you are short on cash, just concentrate on the ones you really would benefit a lot of. Mostly the heal and the offensive spells, the stances are handy but can be bought later if need be.
After lvl 50 you will stop getting the app I versions of the new spells and you will have to buy them to even get them.
If you get to be part of a guild, it is possible that there are persons that can make your spells. Ofcourse, you can always pick up the crafting skill to create your own spells.
