ive became a lvl 10 outfitter about 2 days ago and have been trying to get hold of one of these pelts since then...
i've ast my guild if iam looking in the right places and they say iam but i was wondering if any one could help me?
where do i find them?
which is the best zone to find them (in qeynos area, only lvl 13)?

It is a rare harvest from critter dens/animal traps in any T2 zone (Antonica, the Commonlands, etc.). Don't fret if you can't find one right away. Since they are rare, it might take you quite some time. Just keep plugging away at the traps/dens in those zones. Another thing to keep in mind is to harvest other nodes throughout the zones. As you clear some of the lesser harvested nodes, more nodes (hopefully the ones you need) will spawn in their place. Plus, you have a chance to harvest different rares while looking for the one you want. It's a win-win situation.

Antonica - At level 13 the best bet is to harvest near the Oracle Tower then move southwest to the Keep of the Ardent Needle and then move a bit west to the area around the Northern Qeynos Tower. Rinse and repeat.
