Fallen DynastyFollow

Hi all, it's been a long time since I posted. At least I think it has been a long time. I work at a college and my summer hours are very different and as a result the rest of my life seems topsy-turvey. I feel so much more sane now that the fall semester has begun and I am back on a somewhat normal schedule. Of course it means I will be back to the frustration of not being able to play in the mornings because of updates. But I guess you have to take the good with the bad.

Speaking of updates, I just realized that I don't have Fallen Dynasty on either of my accounts. I am not sure how this happened since I do have the bonsai trees. The only thing I can think of is that when the time came for the billing my bank account didn't have enough to cover and the update didn't go through.

My highest level toons are mid 40's (hopefully high soon) and I was just wondering if anyone thinks it is worth it for me to update now. I have poked around some boards here and there and really haven't gotten much of a feel for the changes. I have always trusted the advice I have received from this board. Well, most of the advice. So what do you all think? Should I spend the $30 x 2 and do the deed? Will the price god down? Will my bust size increase while I ponder this dilemma? Does anyone give a ****? Stay tuned for the next episode of As My World Turns.

Lowest level mobs are like level 57, so yeah, you might wait a little bit before getting it. There are however the solo instances in the tower that scale to your level ala Splitpaw - not sure if they would scale to a mid 40 though as I was 70 when I did them. They are not that great anyway, unless you wanna get some titles (those instanced zones give monk pebbles when you complete them, and you can trade them for titles such as 'Sagacious' or 'Golden Sun').

All in all it's a good adventure pack. Some of the legendary stuff that drops there is even better than some fabled gear that drops in places like Deathtoll. A bit silly imo, but heh, we talking about SOE here :).

I'd say wait till you are around level 55 to get it. Also around the level I'd suggest to start peeking into KoS.

Welcome Back Zoo,

First off, FD is an adventure pack so it's only about $8 not $30. Next, it is recommended for lvl 55-70 but I started to solo my warden there (in Mystic Lake) at about lvl 51. I went back there a few nights ago with a couple guildies who were 49 & 50 and they both had trouble landing spells and CAs so 51 may well be the sane cut off!

In addition, the lvl 49 couldn't get the quests offered on the dock but the lvl 50 could so 50 seems to be the entry point for questing.

The pack consists of a non-combat town zone, several instanced solo, group & raid zones and 1 or 2 decent sized solo/group combat zones.

If you have a lvl 50+ crafter, you can go there and take the crafting quest with a reward of a 36 slot bag and a +10 crafting charm item. There is a unique crafting quest for each crafting class but all take place within the town zone and are gathering only - no mobs were slain in the completion of this quest!

And finally, there are several really nice quest lines that start on the dock and reward you with very nice house items like a big 4 poster bed, a table and a couple of nice dressers - all asian themed. So there is plenty to do in the town.

I can't help you regarding your bust size but will hope for the best!

Hmmm. Lots to think about. My provie is 47 and my carpenter 42. So I think myabe I will level my provie up and then update.

At my age no one can help with my bust size. I have seen young boys at the pool with bigger breast then I have. LOL. I think they grew up on too many twinkies and ho ho's.

Thanks guys, Zoo
