Does anybody know what zone or quest involves the Isle Of Mara bell that is situated on Nek docks? I (lvl 46) click it but nothing happens...

I actually picked it up. Probably the best one yet, except it went from a bunch of lvl 55 content straight to lvl 68 with no in between.
