I just hit level 20 Sage last night and it said that I must complete my level 20 sub-quest. Can anyone tell me where to begin this quest. I'm currently in Freeport (Stonestair Byway). Thanks!

All you need to do is visit Devona Ironforge in Qeynos Harbor. She will certify you to the next level.
