is there anyone who can help me regarding attack speed increase?

At this moment, with my offensive stance and the flowing black silk sash on, I have an 86% increase of attack. Now, considering that both my weapons have a 1.6 second delay, this would mean that they now operate at 0.86 second delay.

The question would be if this is correct, I recall the fact that the speed of a weapon could not be faster than 1.0 second. (this would be for EQ not necessarily for EQ II) My question would be if this is also valid for EQ II, because if it is, then my offensive stance is pretty much useless for the speed increase, I can stick with the defensive or the in between version.

Anyone got info on this subject?

There is no "cap" to weapon delay. You will get the full benefit of all your haste percentage, regardless of the delay of your weapons.

There is a 100% cap on haste, however.
