I know they are in qeynos and link to many zones but I can't seem to find an entrance from any of them. Can someone pls help?
What caves do you mean?
Qeynos has the following zones: Antonica (first big outdoors zone), the Peat Bog (you can get here from Nettleville Hovel, Starcrest Commune, Vermin's Snye), the Caves (use the "Outside Qeynos" bell at the docks in every suburb, Qeynos Harbour or Antonica to get here, also accessible from the Down Below), Oakmyst Forest (again, either use the outside Qeynos bell or go from Graystone Yard) and the Forest Ruins (only from the Baubleshire and the Eldar Grove).

The caves for the palbino snake and bat skins in Qeynos. THe bell you mention, I presume that it's the mariners bell then?

That's it . Excellent thanks. BTW: I've learned someting new today! I wasn't aware f the travel bells.

You'll get used to those, they are everywhere.
A very swift way to travel between the suburbs of Qeynos, Qeynos Harbour, Antonica, Oakmyst Forest and the Caves.
Much later on in the game, you'll use them to visit many other zones.
Other means of transport are the griffins in Antonica (and Commonlands, Thundering Steppes and Nektulos Forest), which fly between fixed points in the zone. There is a carpet equivalent in the Desert of Flames zone, but that's way later (usually only starting lvl 47 or so).
And then there's the spires, but again with very little use at lower levels.
Anyway, to cut it short, enjoy the hunt!
