you can solo to 70 in EQ2. infact, its so difficult to get a group, you WILL solo to 70 in EQ2. mostly anyway.

You're correct in saying the LFG tool is limited, but you're blowing the signifigance of that limitation way out of proportion. There are more tools at your disposal than LFG. Make sure you're listening to the level and ooc channels. People are constantly posting LFM amd LFG in there. If they're flying by faster than you can see them, open a new chat window (right click and select new window, then right click that window to set up the chat options.)

If you go to a zone where you pretty much need a group (it's nowhere near 90% of the content, BTW, unlike your favorite game, DDO... ) then, duh, the people in there will probably be LFG or LFM. Of course you'll say there's no one in the lower level zones, even though it's untrue, because you can't be reasoned with.

If you don't want quests that require a group don't take them. They're clearly marked as "Heroic". The other 3/4ths of the quests in the game are soloable at your level.

Your contention that solo quests are all kill X of MoB Y is flat wrong. Look at the quest type listing in the FAQ. Other than the HQ's they are eother solo quests or have solo versions. There is much more quest variety in this game than WoW.

SOE know soloing is a popular way to play MMO's now. By their own reckoning 60 - 70% of the content is solo. Just about everything overland is solo. Some entire dungeons and parts of all other dungeons are solo. Many of the group only zones are tiny instances that are quest specific - you're not missing much if you skip them.

Personally, I don't like dungeons - they're too confining and dark and too easy to get lost in or pull adds. But that's my opinion, much as it's your opinion that soloing in EQ2 is bad. The difference is my opinion is informed and you inflate the importance of your own opinions and they're laden with exaggeration and outright falsehoods. I think the only reason you're here is to scare the influx of new people away and guerilla market WoW.
