Just little ole me and I never do anything in a small way. I have a Family Toons EQ page on my website. You will need to poke through the EverQuest Live and the EverQuest II toons though. I finally got my youngest son and his fiancee convinced that EQ II is soooo much better than EQ Live. We used to play Live every Monday night. For the last 3 weeks we have been playing EQ II.

"Only" 25g

I think that is a standard reward no matter what the jackpot is... I remember on Blackburrow I was gambling and the jackpot was over 100plat but the rewards were the same as on Lucan which (at the time I noticed) was at like 800plat. Currently it is just over 900 as of my last playing (when I won)

I think they should make it a % of the overal pool... make it detract from the current pool too. I mean like what, only 2 or 3 people have won in the WHOLE GAME across ALL servers?! Thats insane.

As it stands (number from top of my head) rewards are:

Match # | Prize Amount

1 | 0
2 | 10s (cost to play, aka free play)
3 | 50s
4 | 2g 50s
5 | 25g
6 | Whatever the total pot is atm... aka 100%

Personally, i'd like to see it something like

1 | 0
2 | 5% of pot
3 | 10%
4 | 30%
5 | 50%
6 | 100%

Granted the over-all pay-offs wouldn't be such high amounts, but it would still grow to a sizable chunk every now and then. But hell, with such a low rate on 4 and above pretty much I think it would be a much better system. The rewards for matching higher numbers would still be large, but not as large.

Well, i've been playing on and off for awhile and that the first time I ever saw 5... so you're probably luckier then I am. However, I agree with you that 25g isn't a lot. I'm only about level 30 atm so it is a fair amount truthfully, but I have like probably over a plat up at the broker atm from various crafted items and such. I could make 25 1g sell price itmes in maybe 30 minutes if that now with the new crafting system. Maybe 50% is a bit much for matching 5, but it should certainly be more then the 25g it is now... especially with the way the economy is and how large the jackpots are. However with the huge jackpots they should at least give ya a plat or so... especially for how rare it is to match 6.

Hell, 25g MAY buy me a master 1 spell for my level... MAY... most are going for a standard 30g. 25g out of even a 300plat jackpot is NOTHING. Oh well, even if they changed it isn't like we would get more gold from it until we matched again.But ya, it is a rip off in a sense.
