New Betrayal - Freeport to Qeynos questionFollow

I've been exiled.
completed the faction quests, my faction is at +10k with City of Qeynos. I finished the one quest you receive when you enter Haven to begin with. Now I have no idea where to go to finish my betrayal to Qeynos.

Anyone know? I've tried talking to the paladin trainer as I am currently a SK. But the npc just let's me buy and sell.

I don't see any quests listed under betrayal anymore either to indicate where to go next.
