Ranger specializationFollow

I just got my specialized training at 24 and I can't decide what to take.. Master level II makeshift arrows would be kinda nice but not a major bonus so far as I can tell, keep in mind I just came back to EQ2 so I could be wrong. I'm mainly debating between wounding arrow and shadow lunge but I'm not really sure which one I'd use more, especially since I haven't grouped yet since I came back to EQ2 so I have no idea what thats like. Would appreciate any suggestions and wouldn't mind some on how to use my Achievement points.
