Welcome to your new game, Fabelor!

Remember, you can try several different classes on the island to see how they all play. While on the island, try to do as many quests as you can - it will equip you nicely.

See you on Najena!

If you like the trial version, you're going to loooove the actual game. Sad to say but the island does no justice to EQ2. I almost wish they would get rid of that and use something else as a teaser.

Classes are grouped into four different categories: fighter (tank) scout (melee DPS) Preist (Healers) and mages (magic DPS). Within each of these basic categories are many layers of sub categories. And the lines can blur quite often as well within them.

The best thing I can say to you, is to make a few different chars, and play around with them until you get a feel. Then go for the one that you feel most in synch with. Or make a few you like and kepp them going. There is not one class thats better than another. Each have their own strength and weaknesses, and will have differing playing styles and strategies that you must figure out.

Welcome to Norrath!
