Underwater breathingFollow

Besides getting a Totem of the Otter or bringing along that class that cast that spell, is there any other way to be able to get underwater breathing? I've tried searching the forums here, but the search function is always a bit wonky for me... and that damn stat tracker alla uses that always seems to hang pages doesn't help either >_>

Do you know what the stone is called? Its always kind of annoying to have to do the odd quest with underwater stuff and have to play cat and mouse with your air because you can't find any totems...

Oh, and that earring... yummy. Shame it'll be a bit before I can even wear it, let alone do the quest for it.
