Problem with Trail version.. HELP :: Free Realms

OK, so yesterday I downloaded the trial of the isle (Trial version of EQ2) and I was soo hypped up to play...

Then it prepared the files and scanned for updates, that worked fine. Then i logged in, that worked fine too, then when the screen that has a couple buttons on it like Updating, autoplay game is xx, station players etc...

THE problem is it says the game will upload for 30 hours and im on satellite thats 1mb/ps... How come its taking so long? 30 hours is 2 days out of my 7 day trial... PLEASE help

I want to play sooo bad..

There have been many updates to the game since it first came out. Additionally, SOE has bestowed extra voice-overs for the NPC's.

You can disable that extra download by clicking on the (I think) Download button on the launch/update screen. Deselect extra content, which should save you a few hundred MB of optional voice files. You can always go back later and download them at your convienience.

Don't worry too much about how long it says the download will be. My experience is that the number can be way off for a while when you first start downloading a large update. Just let it start downloading and come back in an hour and see what it says.

I think my update when I tried out the tiral was something like 3hours and i'm not much better then your connection, i'm sitting on like a 2mb/s DSL line atm.
