Thinking of possibly returning.Follow

I'm thinking of returning to the game....over the past 2-3 years I played FFXI which I still currently play all in all it went in order of like FFXI -> EQ2 -> FFXI -> WoW -> FFXI -> WoW -> FFXI.

I finally completely quit WoW just because once you get to 60 theres nothing to do and its just repeting the same thing over and over again.

Back when I played EQ2 the level cap was still 50 and there were no expansions. It was an awesome game the only reason I left was because I made it to 40 and was one of the leading contributors to my guild in points and than randomly one day (and this is the exact truth) a guy in my guild that was higher up than me got jealous that I had more money than him (seriously) there went all those hard earned guild points and after that I just didn't have the will to go on....all that time wasted.

And I was just curious since its deffinitely been a while since I played is it worth coming back? When I played the server population wasn't that big....has it grown? Is there more things to do now? If anyone could give me any info to help me decision it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

There is a sticky at the top of this forum that should answer many of your questions.

There are literally thousands of quests to do, 2 expansions (with another coming soon), and 2 adventure packs. If you come back with your level 40 character, you will find much has changed and there is much to do.

The expansions and adventure packs can be digitally downloaded making your extra content within easy grasp. The new character creation has changed with a whole new twist at the newbie island. If you are thinking of starting a character anew, this would be a good opportunity.

When you make your character and it comes time to select a server, consider Najena. We have a bustling population, guilds in all levels, stable economy, and players in almost every zone.

When you get there, look me up. I can help you get started with directions, advice, some upgrades, and coin. Type /who all foundation to see who is on.

See you there!
