You need to update your information about the tradeskills, you are now able to change them by visiting the correct NPC in each city. It takes you back to level 9 where you then select your level 10 tradeskill choice then work to your level 20 choice then advance in your new tradeskill choice.

What I'm really doing is waiting until we've got enough guides to cover the info, then I'm going to unsticky this and let it float into obscurity.
