Former EQ1 player looking at EQ2Follow

Leveling speed I would say is about on par with eq1. Can get to 50 fairly fast but its hell levels after 50. Getting a group is not nearly as bad as eq1 except of course 50+ it can be abit more tricky. Like eq1 your basic group has tank, healer and DPS. Slowers are not required though unlike eq1 at higher levels.

Unlike eq1 right now you can get groups at about all levels in eq2, although its not really needed till 20+ (actually you can solo all the way but at a certain point soloing gets slow and tedious).

Just be prepared to put up with alot of restictions. Every item worth anything in the game has to be attuned (Basically anything you would wear) and every piece of gear has required levels.

It is really somethign different though has its pros and cons like anything else.
