ok im on the second or third part of crafting quest but i cant find the recipe for insodind loam or somthing like that to make a worked

If you mean Isonoid loam, I think the recipe is called Isonoid Reagent.

I had a little problem with that also, the loam (or whatever it was you needed) is actually a byproduct of another recipie for something else with Isonoid in the name iirc... forget the name though, but I think Bluie is right on it.

been awhile since i messed with anything crafting, is the old craft quest still in the game? the one that gets you started as a crafter and rewards you with a tunic of some sort for whatever tradeskill?
