Hey i am comming from starwars galaxies (its alot like EQ2 only its a starwars version and its pretty cool).

I am looking to transfer mony from my character (snowhawlk on bloodfin server - one of the bigest servers on the game) to my new characters on EQ2. I have over 60mil on SWG which is a ton of mony you could easily get a jetpack which i recomend i use to have one and still have alot left over. But i am looking to trade those credits in for plat on EQ2.... I need it for the following servers:

Befallen** - Is the big one.
Butcherblock
Kithicor

So if you think you can help me out please let me know.

Thanks

For all intents and purposes, you are SOL. You cannot legally move money from one game to another. Technically, you could sell your SWG cash for dollars to one of the blood sucking leaches who traffic in virtual cash and buy EQ2 cash with your profits. But if you do that your secret will undoubtedly be discovered and you will become a pariah in your new game world with nary a friend or ally.

Here's a better idea... Just walk away from the other game. Start this new one clean. Earn money in EQ2 as you did in SWG instead of trying to start things off with an edge. You'll enjoy the game more for having earned your way into the world instead of having bought a seat at the table.

as far as I know there is no legal way to transfer funds from one game to another.

Instead of walking away, I would pick up the station pass, for a bit more $ you get unlimited play time on all SoE. It is great when I grow tired of one game, I can just pick up another.

So we told him it's illegal and he goes and copies this post into several different forums on the SoE site Smiley: rolleyes

Maybe he gets the point now that his account is banned. /sigh

That always amazed me that people would break the ToS on the main site. To post there you need to give them your account name, so they know what account you have. Atleast spaming an independent site wont affect your game account.
