Several things actualy, its really important to.
First off, it affects how often you hit in Melee and ranged combat and it affects how often your hit in combat. It adds modifiers to your avoidence, so Its really important for all types of tanks. For my stat hierarchy I usualy gor Sta, Str, Agi.
