Ok so after the latest LU the merchant in WW doesn't like me any more and I see absolutely zip for sale on him.

Which is disappointing because my favourite El Cheapo 2 cent tin pulling arrows are no longer available.

So where do I go to buy arrows now?

Or can I get a low level alt to buy them and mail to me, or would that be an exploit? Smiley: confused

That's strange, because according to this excerpt from LU21:
Quote:
- Clutter in their inventories has been reduced. Merchants (except for spells, arts, and ammo) will now only show the items within your current 10 level range, as well as the range before (19 levels worth). For spells, arts, and ammo, you will not see the items until you hit that level, but will always see them thereafter.
You should be seeing all the lower level stuff.

Maybe submit a /bug report?

Maybe I'm not understanding that but to me it says I can only see my range which is 50 - 60 items and the range before which is 40+.

Or if it was literally 19 levels, it would be 38+ stuff.

So if I can't buy tin arrows from a merchant I have to buy crafted from the broker or are there higher level merchants?

After I re-read it, it seems to mean you will see 10 above and 10 below.

That will force you to seek out higher tier merchants for your wares. Forced inflation.

Each tier should have a merchant near the starting area that will sell arrows in the level range. I know on the docks in TS and Nek, the merchant sells carbonite arrows. In EL and Zek, you will find feyiron arrows on the dock. I have not been to the higher tiers yet, but I'm sure it follows the same model. On a side note, that sucks.

If you just want tin tipped arrows as a pulling tool and don't care about the damage, you could make them yourself. Since they're T1, anybody who has crafted to level 5 or so could craft them...

The raws should be cheap and the combines will be gray to you but so what... they're basically free at that point!
