Is it possible to load my disks onto another pc on the same account? Play my char on two different pc's, like my laptop and my desktop?

Not at the same time. You can install the program on as many systems as you chose but you can only play on one account at the same time. If you have two systems that are playable and have the means you could get a 2nd account and 2-box. I do that all the time.

not at the same time. maybe if you want to play at work and at home but you want to use different PCs when doing so.
