Turning in coins, scrolls, stones, etc..Follow

If you sell to vendors you get lots of cash if you turn them into the right NPC guild leader you get blue faction points.

Question: What do the blue factions points do? I noticed they help guild status. I did read once your guild is above level 15 you can get a reduction in prices. Can you eventually buy things with them.

I believe you mean the blue number next to the sale price. That is the amount of guild exp you get per item. Faction is awarded (or subtracted) for killing rival mobs or completing rival quests.

Guild exp and your personal status are different. Guild exp will just raise your guild level and eventually unlock items at the city merchants.

When you complete a quest and get faction, it will raise your favorability with them, eventually unlocking titles for purchase.

Personal status can be used to reduce the cost it things such as a horse. So insted of paying 2pp for a horse, you can pay 1p10g + 30,000 status.

I believe at guild level 30 you can purchase a Spirit Horse or Flying Carpet for 60pp and 1 million status.

I have a question, if someone wouldnt mind answering it, it would be greatly appreaciated. I have a bunch of scrolls, coins, amulets, relics and ect.... I know you can turn them in somewhere... but i am unable to find out where.... Could someone please tell me what city on the evil side... and rough loction of merchants.. I heard 2 differnt things one that you could turn them in for reputions with the different societies... and the other was that you could improve the guild reputation blue status standing. Not sure which is true, but I would like to be able to turn them in. Please let me know where to turn them in... thanks in advance.... : )

You get personal faction and status from these items but I think it's all personal status in this case, nothing for your guild.

You hand them to the same NPC's who give out the writs.

Has anyone watched their personal status as they hand them in, to actually check if you get all the points yourself?

You can turn in "reverse writ" items to the folks posted in this thread: here

Thanks tutan:) I have a link to this thread on my desktop.

Selling Guild Status Loot does not, in fact, award GSP directly to the progress bar of your guild. Throughout this document "GSP" is used as that is what is displayed on the merchant screen, but this should really be displayed in-game as "PSP." This has been confirmed by a number of reputable players.

They should really change it to PSP Smiley: smile

That might be dated information, since the original post was over 6 months ago.

The reverse-writ items DO award guild exp. I have turned in stacks of them and watched the guild exp bar go up a few points.

But then again my guild has been at 104% exp before, and not dinged. I log in later and we have crossed the magical line somehow.

/agree with Tutan here - I even heard about a "charity drive" a while back to help a new guild level up real quick - everyone gave them stacks of GSP items and they did the turn-ins to pull the guild up to lvl 20 in a day!
