Zek/EL/Feerrott Runs for HQFollow

I know some of you have done these runs. My question: are they doable whilst invisble? And, if so, who will be able to see through my ploy? I'm currently level 35 and will be running through some pretty hardcore aggro. I ask because it will be pointless to get an invis if my cover will be blown anyway. I would rather just take my chances with a totem and some good ole' fashion sprintin'.
