I was just wondering what the differences were between Berzerkers and Shadow Knights.
Like, i'm looking for a class between the two that does good DD and can tank and be helpful. Ive heard SK's have magic and good spells and such, but do they do good DD too? And which class can solo better and still be helpful in parties?
So, mainly, i'm just wondering, what class does the best DD and can tank the best, and is more helpful in a party situation and raids and PVP(which is very close). I don't want to end up at a high lvl with no one to party with to raid and get help. But also good at soloing so they are not utterly hopeless without a party.
So, if you can help me out and tell me a description of both classes, i'd really really appreciate it.

Here is what I know
1. Berserker has higher DPS and agro generation than shadowknight especially on multiple mobs. A lot of berserker combat arts are AE based.
2. Both can solo well. But Shadowknight can solo harder mob than a berserker. However Berserker can kill faster than shadowknight due to better dps especially on multiple mobs encounter.
3. Shadowknight is a better class for PvP.
Both are capable tank for raid but berserker has an edge when it comes to tanking multiple mobs.
Play what you like. There is no best tank in EQ2.

paladins can tank + healing + dd ... berserkers no tanking but nice dmg and nice pulling they can take dmg but not too many as paladins and sk:) sk , he can heal his self little but it help sometimes and it can tank verry verry nice but dmg sux.I am berserker my dmg is nice , my zerk can tank but not verry nice..i can pull verry nice btw

Then you are not playing it right, zerkers are the second best tank in the game when played by someone who is competant.
