The NDA has been lifted on KoS, and the Achievements (don't call them AA's) system that many players are more interested in than any other part of the expansion has been explained and detailed. You can start with this thread from the main board and then go to individual class boards for the specifics.

I for one am thrilled to death - almost all Templar Achievements give us more DPS, and they aren't set up to affect core class skills, other than indirectly, e.g. shorter casting and refresh times.

I don't like how the system is implemented :(

That is if I understand it fully, but paths restricted on equipment only tell you what to equip to get the path you want. Which means, the fabled 2 handed staff i earned and which i cherished because of the uber stats will now have to be tossed away because intelligence path is not the one i want...or i can stick with my staff but be unhappy with the abilities im getting...

I understand the need for limitations, but truly...a guardian with a buckler to get a hp increase ? no thanx. If they wanted to call their paths over their stats, then they could have based their system on it with minimum caps scaling for your level. Like, lets say, a level 60 templar would need maybe like 350 wisdom to go wisdom path. Would make more sense than seeing every single each templar that chose intelligence path running around with the same single two-handed staff...

Just my opinion, then again maybe theres something im getting wrong in the system...
