I seem to be full of questions lately don't I? Once again, many thanks to OldBlue for the suggestion way back regarding the Thor UI. But I do have a couple of questions.
1) How do I go about naming my pet in this UI? All the ays that were suggested by non Thor users don't work.
2) How can I install or use my installed Thor UI on the test server? I asked this question on the Sony Test Server forum and was told to ccopy the UI and paste it into the Test Server files. I pasted those files every which way of Sunday and eventually in any place I could find and still couldn't get the UI to load. Anyone got a suggestion? I really hate the large inventory window and the oversized bags in the default UI. I know you can reduce the bag now but when I do the bag size reduces but not the frame around the bag. By bag I am really referring to the window the bag contents are displayed in.

Unfortunately, I don't have an answer to either of those questions... but I do have a suggestion.
I would go over to the EQ2Interface forums and post a question to Faetyl, (the guy who created the Thor UI). Either post to an existing thread, start a new thread or even send him a PM. He is very responsive to requests regarding his UI and since he plays a caster and plays on test, he should have the definitive answer to both of your quieries.
BTW - I have seen screenshots of the UI where his pet is uniquely named so I know it can be done. Also, I know he uses the Thor UI on test because thats where he does his research for fixes before a new patch goes live.
Good luck and please let us know what the answers are... I don't play finger wigglers but I would love to use Thor on test too!

Just a quick suggestion. After you posted it into the test server anyways. Make sure you login and do the /loadui. I think thats the command it was added not to long ago.
Now a question of my own. Does anyone else have problems loading the detailed journal from thorui? As of the most recent update I no longer get the detailed journal (the one with info on all the HQs and stuff). I still have it checked its just not coming up any more. Tried to delete everthing and rerun the patcher but that didnt do anything.

The journal might be an item he has not yet fixed or one he doesn't know is broken. Again, posting to his forum on EQ2Interface is probably the best bet.
