Hope this is a simple question but I tried moving my EQ2 graphics setting up one preassigned notch to "balanced" and the difference in view was great although it was more laggy and my character moved more choppy.
Would it be better to buy more RAM and go from 1G up to 2G ...or... to buy a matching nvidia 6600 128mb video card and activate my SLI option on my motherboard?
I dont really understand which kind of upgrade would have the best affect on EQ2's graphics although I am sure either would cause a good improvement and I really can't afford to try both at this time.

From what I have seen on the boards over at EQ2s main site is that after you hit 1g in ram the next largest boost is to get a video card with 256mb ram.
That is correct. To be able to keep up with the graphics you need to have a 256 card.
