Could anyone help me out and tell me which graphiuc settings i should use for best quality and performance " im a litte computer retarded"
my specs are
AMD Athalon 64 3700
1 GIG RAM
Geforce 6600 256mb

Didn't you already ask that in your "Convince me" thread?
You should easily be able to play as "Balanced" or better. Best to load the game and adjust the graphics while playing. You will also need to make observations during combat, when there are many spell effects in the air and creatures on the screen.
Zones like Qeynos Harbor and Blackburrow are notoriously laggy, and good measures of your systems ability.
Have you downloaded Trial of the Isle yet?

i just did and im playing on very high but i turned off the shadows to make it not laggy
