I may be mistaken but I believe there is a mistake on the Heritage Quest listing for Alla. They list The History of the Trolls and The Historyof Tier'Dall as being Heritage quests. I don't think hey are. They are quest you get from purchasing and reading books.

That is correct. That are just really long book quests. You will also notice that some/most of the miniumum levels for starting the HQs are very wrong. Go to Ogaming for better info on the HQs.
They consider them heritage quests because they are quests researching the heritage of that race. They really should pick a different name, but Ive found if you want actual information on anything, quests, or items, just go to Ogaming
Books about the various races should be listed under Legend and Lore as they are in our quest journals
