Is it possible to betray Freeport to become a conjuror then betray back?

Sorry, you can Betray only once. I've spent some time in Freeport, didn't like it at all. You'll find Qeynos much more pleasing and easier to get around.

I did the class quest so long ago I don't remember if I was given the choice of Necromancer/Conjurer, or just Conjurer.
If you absolutely must stay in Freeport, you might consider sneaking into South Qeynos to talk to the NPC. I wonder if that would work...

Currently that is correct. And you have to betray pre-18 so you'd never get a chance to make the jump from Summoner to Conjuror.
HOWEVER, in the test notes for LU19, they mention betrayals will be altered significantly in the future---allowing multiple betrayals at any level.
Of course, it hasn't happened till it happens, so who knows if or when?

Well not all uncorrect, but yes you can go evil and then back to good again as long as you stay under the level which is under 18L.
When you betray just turn off exp and then once you have gone from good to evil then you can turn around and do it again. But you can only do the cycle once.
We have 3 peeps in our guild that did it for fun one week end :)

Let me rephrase, you can betray at 18 and under, you don't get your final class quest till 19, so once you are able to accept the conjuror class quest, you cannot (at this time) betray to Freeport.
