Hello I just started the game and I am having a problem I been playing 3 days now and I have a Dwarf Crusader level 12 and a Barbarian Warrior level 11. My problem is that I get asked Traits and pick this and that but I want to be a great character what Traits should I pick for both races from 1 to 60 or do I get them all anyways. Thanks ahead for the info.

You will get several aoptions, from increasing your stats, to increasing your mana pool, to special abilities, to a tradeskill plus, to master spells.

As a fighter, you will want to get your Strength as high as you can, so always pick those options. Stamina raises your overall health, and that is also a good pick.

The trait picks are not game-breakers. Meaning, because you picked a particular one now, does not mean you will be weak and useless later on in life. They do help, but not that much.

And as you gain levels, you will upgrade your gear. There will always be better gear that gives you stat boosts. By the time you reach level 40+, your Strength will be well over 200, mainly because of your gear.

There is a once-per-character /respec command available. That is a "do-over" for all your trait picks. But since you can use it only once, it's best to wait until you are well down the road of adventuring.

As an example of how to choose, observe...When you get a Master spell choice, you will be given Orc Mastery or Gnoll Mastery. Here's a few considerations:
- Short term you will fight many gnolls in Antonica.
- Long term you will face orcs in Zek, The Orcish Wastes.
- Splitpaw Saga (adventure pack) also has a ton of gnolls at all levels, making it useful throughout your life.
- Orcs are in the latest expansion, Desert of Flames.

As you can see, there are many reasons to pick either. It all depends on how you want to customize your character. Will you be Wudan, Destroyer of Gnolls, or Wudan, Bane of Orcs?
