I've just done all the requirements for the fallen blackguard in the commonlands and now I can't remember where the npc was who gave me the quest to return to!
Can anyone give me directions please?

Try this location in Commonlands: -12, -44, 247.
If you still can't find him, enlist the hel pof a Scout with Tracking to help you locate him.

You can use /waypoint to help you find lost NPC's if you have the loc. It puts a red dot on the map and gives you a glowing trail to the spot 
So in this case you would type /waypoint -12, -44, +247
