considering rejoining but...Follow

I'm considering coming back but last I played it seemed like there was always insane loading time whenever I changed zones. Has this been fixed at all? I'm running a P4 2.6ghz and never have had any issues with other MMORPGs like this one with zoning.

My friend runs the game fine on his PC and he only has 512 megs of the slower pc133 memory. It slows down alot in south qeynos, but shoot even on my PC I get some slow does in there. I would still recommend 1gig of ram though.
